"This is a very versatile recipe and if it weren’t for my picky kids I would have included pecans. So, that would be my first change. This is a very large and thick coffee cake. If it is cut into serving sizes, wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen it would be available for quick breakfasts...."

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE:
1 cup Sugar
½ cups Vegetable Oil
2 whole Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Buttermilk
2 cups All-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoons Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
FOR THE CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
1 whole Egg
½ cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
FOR THE BROWN SUGAR FILLING:
12 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
