INGREDIENTS
8  Puff-pastry shells
½  Stick butter
½ cup Flour
1 pint Whipping cream or Half-&-Half
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Paprika
1  Clove garlic; minced or grated
  Cayenne & white pepper to taste
2 pounds Crawfish meat; cooked (see "Boiled Crawfish" recipe)
1  Bunch green onions; chopped
  Salt to taste
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley for garnish
1  Lemon; cut into 8 wedges for garnish
