Ingredients For cp white chicken chili

1 lb shredded or diced cooked chicken

1-2 cans white beans (northern or cannellini)

1 can chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 can green chilies (optional)

1 can diced tomatoes (or rotel for a little kick!)

How To Make cp white chicken chili

1Cook onions and garlic in olive oil in a large stock pot until soft, about 3 minutes.

2Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Once boiling, turn down to simmer on low for 1 hour. OR

4Add all ingredients into a crock pot and simmer on low for 6-8 hours.
