INGREDIENTS

2 packages cornbread mix (prepared as directed on box, and baked in a 9×13. Add 2 eggs and 2/3 cup milk)

2 -16 oz. cans of pinto beans, drained
•
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing mix
•
1 cup of mayonnaise
•
1 cup of sour cream
•
1 bag frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (or 1 can, drained)
•
3-4 green onions, cleaned & chopped
•
1-2 tomatoes, diced (or 1 can)
•
1 green bell pepper, diced
•
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
•
3 chicken breast, cooked and seasoned (I cooked mine in the crock pot with salsa and a couple sprinkles of ranch dressing mix on high for 2-3 hrs until done.)
•
1 – 16oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese or a blend
