INGREDIENTS
1 [6] oz pkg Martha White Cotton Country or Buttermilk Cornbread Mix
1 lb spicy or mild bulk breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
2 Tbsp butter
6 large eggs
1 cup half & half
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
few dashes hot sauce [optional]
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese , divided
