1/2 cup hot water

For the Chocolate Frosting
•
1/3 cup butter
•
2 cups powdered sugar
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
•
4 tablespoons to 6 tablespoons of hot water
•
4 ounces milk chocolate chips
