3/4 cup water
2/3 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
1/4 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon Durkee® 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup toasted flaked coconut, divided
3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans, divided
Glaze:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons bourbon OR orange juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Durkee® 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
