Ingredients:
1 scoop of protein
1 cup of natural peanut butter
¼ cup of roasted peanuts, almonds, or other nuts
½ cup of unsweetened jam (any flavor)
¼ cup of dates
To Make:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Place mixture in a greased square pan, roll into balls, or place in a mason jar (for a spreadable mix). Refrigerate mixture for at least one hour. Consume with minimal guilt!

1 package of silken tofu
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. coconut milk (reduced fat version)
2 tbsp. agave or coconut sugar
3 oz. dark chocolate
Method:
Using a double-boiler, melt the chocolate in a glass bowl or saucepan, taking care not to burn the chocolate.
Add all remaining ingredients to a food processor and slowly add the melted chocolate, pulsing until completely blended.
Pour into small ramekins, champagne flutes, or other individual containers and refrigerate for at least three hours. This dessert can be made one day ahead. Enjoy!
