1 cup Sweetened Flaked Coconut
2 teaspoons Vanilla ((or 1 vanilla bean, stripped))
2 large Eggs

2/3 cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Flour
3-4 Tablespoons Butter
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
