3/4 cup butter, softened

1/4 tsp salt

3 cups powdered sugar (optional - you can use 1/2-1 cup more if you want a thicker frosting)

1/2 cup cream of coconut
•
1 cup sweetened flake coconut
•
Extra toasted coconut for garnishing
