INGREDIENTS

5 bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce or 1/2 cup plain vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups flour (I used 1 cup white and 1 cup wheat)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/2 Tbsp light butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp coconut extract (optional)
