Finely grated zest of 3 clementines
4 large eggs
3/4 cup freshly squeezed clementine juice
2 sticks plus 5 tablespoons (21 tablespoons; 10 1/2 ounces) unsalted butter, at room temperature and cut into tablespoon-sized pieces

1/4 cup walnut pieces, finely ground
3/4 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
