1/2 tsp salt*
•
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (more to taste)

1 bunch kale (4 cups packed), ribs removed & chopped
•
3.5 oz (1 1/2 cups) organic tortilla chips (I used these)
•
1 cup (3 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
•
Cooking spray (I use Misto)
