INGREDIENTS
2 cups dry pasta (about 8 oz, about 4 cups cooked)
1/2 onion (medium chopped)
1 rib celery (chopped)
1 teaspoon butter
2 cans tuna (drained)
1 can cream of celery soup (10 oz can)
1/2 cups milk
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 teaspoon each for me)
