•
up to 5 TBS ice water
•
12 med to large peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced

3/4 cup sugar
•
1 TBS fresh lemon juice
•
1/4 cup all purpose flour
•
1 TBS butter, cut into pieces
•
egg and a splash of water for egg wash
