INGREDIENTS

1 egg white
•
1 tbsp cool
•
water
•
1 pound pecan halves
•
1 cup granulated sugar
•
1 tsp cinnamon
•
1 tsp salt
•
Beat egg white and water for a few minutes until frothy.
•
Add pecans and stir until they are wet.
•
In a separate small bowl mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
•
Pour sugar mixture on pecans about 1/3 amount at a time stirring pecans to coat.
•
Use parchment paper on a 9 x 13 cookie sheet. Spread coated pecans on paper and bake at 250 for 1 Hour, stirring pecans every 15 minutes.
