1 3/4 cups water (check directions on rice to use what they recommend)

1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/8 cup cilantro fresh (measure before chopping)
•
1 tablespoons lime juice fresh (about 2 limes)

this makes 4 half cup servings. Double ingredients for 8 servings.
