INGREDIENTS
Candied Fruit and Nut Mixture
1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F.)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter, room temperature or softened
4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour or bread flour,
divided 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten (optional)**
4 teaspoons instant active dry yeast Powdered Sugar Glaze (see recipe below)
