Pastry Dough:

2 cups of flour, plus more for rolling

3 tbsp white sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) cold, unsalted butter, cut into small chunks

1 large egg yolk
•
2 tbsp ice water, plus more if needed
•
1 egg white, lightly beaten
•
Chocolate Tart Filling:
•
1 cup of heavy cream
•
1/2 cup of milk (I used 2%)
•
8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
•
1/4 cup of white sugar
•
1/4 tsp of salt
•
2 large eggs, at room temperature
