Chocolate Soured Cream Cake

"This is for people who don’t like things too sweet but, that said, if you do, add a tablespoon of sugar to the filling...."

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 oz (110 g) self-raising flour, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 oz (110 g) golden caster sugar
2 large eggs
4 oz (110 g) very soft butter
1 tablespoon milk
5 oz (150 g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
5 fl oz (150 ml) soured cream
a few walnut halves or toasted chopped hazelnuts, to decorate
