200g (7 oz) dark chocolate, 70% cocoa, chopped

PEPPERMINT CREAM:

400g (3 cups) icing sugar, sifted
•
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract (depending on taste)
•
2 tbs of milk
