1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

CHEESECAKE FILLING

8 ounces good quality semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (at room temperature)
•
1 cup granulated sugar
•
3 eggs (at room temperature)
•
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
•
1 1/2 teaspoons pure peppermint extract
•
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

QUICK PEPPERMINT BARK (for garnish)

1 cup white chocolate chips
•
1/4 cup crushed candy cane pieces (I used pre-crushed candy cane sprinkles)
