175g brown sugar (or dark muscovado sugar)

150g plain flour
•
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
•
25g cocoa powder, sifted
•
2 eggs
•
zest 2 oranges and juice of 1
•
Icing drizzle:
•
2 tablespoons of orange or mandarin juice
•
1/2 cup of icing sugar
