3/4 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1 egg
•
1/2 cup milk
•
1/4 cup vegetable oil
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 cup hot coffee
•
2 Tb Grand Marnier - optional, but delicious

***Orange Frosting***
•
6 Tb butter, at room temperature
•
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon pure orange extract
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
orange food coloring - optional
•
***Chocolate Ganache***
•
4 oz. or 2/3 c. semi sweet chocolate or chocolate chips)
•
2/3 cup heavy cream
•
Candied Orange Peel - for garnish
