2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 can dulce de leche (or cooked sweetened condensed milk)
8 oz of whipped topping or 8 oz of whipped heavy cream
2 Tbsp chopped chocolate
2 Tbsp hot heavy cream
9 walnut halves
1/2 cup walnuts (roasted in the oven at 350F for about 5-7 minutes)
9 inch round baking pan

1/4 cup cocoa powder , sifted
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
