Ingredients: For the Dough:; 2-1/4 tsp of Active Dry Yeast; 1/4 cup of Warm Water, warmed to about 115 degrees; 3/4 cup of Whole Milk; 3-1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour; 1 tsp of Salt; 1/2 cup of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (or 1 package of instant vanilla pudding); 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar; 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted; 1 Egg; For the Filling:; 1/2 cup of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix, made with whole milk as instructions apply on the package (or see my vanilla pudding mix for more details); 8 oz of Milk Chocolate, chopped in a food processor
