1 tsp instant coffee, optional (it brings out the chocolate taste a little)

1 c (237ml) coconut milk
•
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
•
1 tsp baking soda
•
1/2 tsp baking powder
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
6 Tbsp butter, melted
•
1 1/2 c sugar
•
2 eggs, room temp
