6 ounces bittersweet/dark chocolate chips

For the Marshmallow Coconut Filling:

3 Egg whites
•
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
1 cup sugar
•
1/4 cup corn syrup
•
1/3 cup water
•
Pinch of salt
•
1 teaspoon vanilla or coconut flavoring

1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
