1 cup chocolate chips, may need more for top

Cinnamon sugar topping:

1/4 cup sugar
•
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Caramel topping:
•
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
•
1/2 cup brown sugar
•
1 tablespoon corn syrup
•
2 tablespoons heavy cream
