INGREDIENTS

120 g of brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey
•
80 g butter

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the sugar and honey, and for about three minutes heat, stirring from time to time. Pour mixture into greased bottom of the springform pan. It will provide a caramel glaze on top of cake.

1 ripe banana crushed

2 tablespoons plain yogurt
•
100 g butter, melted
•
180 g of brown sugar
•
2 large eggs
•
180 g of wheat flour
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
pinch of salt
•
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•
2 tablespoons dark cocoa
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
