"Chocolate cake with a hint of hazelnut encasing a filling of raspberry cream coated with oh so creamy chocolate glaze. For an optional extra special garnished I filled fresh raspberries with cream cheese mixed with a touch of sugar and Frangelico liqueur. I did make in 4 mini Bundt pans but for ease I posted the recipe using one pan. The recipe used 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon Frangelico. I didn`t know how to post that so I posted 1/3 cup. Just drink the remainder...."
