1 14 oz package extra firm tofu, pressed 1 hr, I use this tofu press
•
¼ cup corn starch
•
1 tsp salt
•
½ tsp garlic powder
•
1 canned chipotle chili in adobo, ribs & seeds removed
•
2 tbs adobo sauce
•
¼ cup Steak sauce
•
¼ cup veggie broth
•
1 tbs fresh lime juice ½ tsp brown sugar
•
4-5 tbs cooking oil
•
Fresh cracked black pepper
