3 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup whole milk
•
1/4 cup butter

1 tablespoon sugar
•
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil

1/2 cup raisins
•
1/3 cup chopped black olives
•
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
•
1 cup shredded roasted chicken
•
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
