2 lbs diced pork browned or
2 lbs boiled chicken (skin off, no bones and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lg can green chiles, whole then chopped or
15 lg green chiles, roasted, peeled, and chopped
1 reg can diced jalapenos
1 lg onion diced then browned
4 garlic diced or
1 Ttbls garlic powder
2 cans low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 Tbls kosher salt
1 Tbls black pepper
1 1/2 Tbls flour
