Chicken Thighs with Onions and Green Olives

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds chicken thighs (about 6 to 8)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 large yellow onions, halved and thinly sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup pitted green olives, halved
1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Sriracha
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
¼ cup minced fresh parsley
