1/2  cup  raw cashews
1 1/2  pounds  skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
2   tablespoons  Asian fish sauce
2   tablespoons  vegetable oil
1/2  cup  chicken stock or low-sodium broth
1   pound  asparagus, sliced on the diagonal, 1 inch thick
1   tablespoon  oyster sauce
1   tablespoon  fresh lime juice
