1 cup cooked rice (room temperature)

1 small onion (grated)

1 clove garlic (smashed and finely minced)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup all purpose flour (for dredging)
•
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
•
2 cups chicken broth (fresh or make from powder)
•
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream, or heavy cream)
•
1/2 - 1 teaspoon paprika
•
salt and pepper (to taste)
•
fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
