1 whole Egg
1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Optional For Garnish: Sliced Green Onions

2 teaspoons Olive Oil
¾ cups Onion, Chopped
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
2 cups Low Sodium Beef Or Chicken Stock
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
½ cups Lowfat Or Nonfat Milk
