1 Pkg. Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough

½ Cup Salsa (I use medium, pick your heat)
•
2 Cups Cooked Chicken (this would be great with left-overs too!)
•
1½ Cups Bell Peppers (sliced, I used a nice variety for color!)
•
¼ Cup Red Onion (sliced)
•
2 Cups Shredded Cheese (I had the bagged Mexican Blend on hand)
•
2 TBS Cilantro (rough chop)
