Chicken Cordon Bleu

4 chicken breast halves
4 slices Swiss cheese (I like to buy it in the block and make chunks about 3-4" long and about the same thickness as string cheese)
4 slices black forest ham
1 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup butter (for frying)
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
salt (pepper, and paprika to taste)
