4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4-5 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
•
1/4 cup sliced green onion, including some of the green blades (optional)
•
8 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese slices, cut in half
•
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
