1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
2/3 cup chopped green onions ((about 5))
2 tsp minced ginger
2 garlic cloves, (minced)
4 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce,
1 Tbsp oyster sauce*** ((or more to taste))
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
