– Whisk all ingredients together and set asideStir Fry:

2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

227 g white button mushrooms, sliced
•
A half head of broccoli, florets only
•
1 Small onion, sliced at an angle
•
1 Small carrot, sliced at an angle
•
1 Stalk celery, sliced at an angle
•
4 Baby bok choy, sliced
•
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
•
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
•
3 Green onions (white and green parts), sliced at an angle
•
1/2 Package of Chow mien noodles (4 nests)
