2 cloves chopped garlic

Dusting flour

Salt & pepper

2 chicken breasts pounded to even thickness (no bones)

Second set:

cup white wine

Deglaze the pan and reduce until almost dry then add:

1 tablespoon lemon juice, maybe less to taste

1 tablespoon butter, unsalted

1 can quartered artichoke hearts drained

1 small can mushrooms drained
•
1-2 teaspoons capers
