INGREDIENTS

3 chicken breasts, sliced (I recommend chicken tenderloins)

2 heads of broccoli cleaned & long stems removed
•
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
•
3 large garlic cloves minced
•
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, sliced
•
4-5 fresh basil leaves torn
•
1 can chicken broth
•
1/4 cup olive oil
•
1/2 lb pasta of your choice, I use rotini, cooked and drained
•
Fresh Romano cheese, lots!
