6 - tablespoons butter
•
1 - tablespoon onion, chopped
•
1 - cloves garlic, minced
•
2 - tablespoons flour
•
1 1/2 - cups heavy cream
•
1 1/2 - cups low fat milk (or use all half & half)
•
1 - cup + 2/3 cup Kraft Italian Five Cheese Blend w/cream cheese, separated
•
salt & pepper to taste (white pepper if you have it)
•
Italian Seasoning, garnish
