2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups sugar
•
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
•
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and still warm
•
1/4 cup vegetable oil
•
1 egg
•
1 tablespoon milk
•
finely grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
•
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
1/2 cup lemonhead candies, crushed
•
