1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon flaked sea salt

2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon fine-grain Kosher salt

1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/3 cup maple syrup

2 cups 1% milk, plus extra for serving.
