2 Cups ground rice (if Grits are not available)

1 Can coconut milks
•
1/2 cup vegetable oil
•
2 Tablespoons chicken base
•
Achiote (Achote) powder (use sparingly for color and flavor ony)
•
2 Cloves garlic, minced
