Chicken:
•
5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
•
salt
•
pepper
•
garlic powder
•
onion powder
•
6 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
•
Mushrooms:
•
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
•
2 Tb butter
•
2 large cloves garlic, minced
•
1/2 C water mixed with 1 Tb white wine vinegar (or 1/2 C white wine)
•
salt and pepper to taste

Spinach:
•
10 - 12 ounce bag of spinach leaves
•
4 ounces cream cheese
•
1/4 C shredded parmesan cheese
•
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
•
1/2 onion, chopped
•
2 Tb oil
•
salt and pepper to taste
